Microphone Fusion
With our latest feature, "Microphone Fusion," users can now fuse three microphones of the same tier to create a higher tier microphone.
Fusion process
Fusing microphones is a simple, straightforward process. To fuse microphones, you must have three microphones of the same tier. For example, to create a silver-tier microphone, you need to fuse three bronze-tier microphones. The fusion of three microphones results in a new microphone of the next higher tier.
Here's how to do it:
Select the microphones: Go to your microphone inventory. Choose three microphones of the same tier that you wish to fuse.
Begin the fusion: After selecting the microphones, click on the "Fuse Microphones" button.
Receive your new microphone: Once the fusion process is complete, your new, higher-tier microphone will appear in your inventory. Enjoy your upgraded experience!
Fusion Tiers
Our current available fusion tiers are as follows:
Bronze to Silver: Fuse three Bronze microphones to form one Silver microphone.
Silver to Gold: Fuse three Silver microphones to form one Gold microphone.
Gold to Platinum: Coming soon.
Platinum to Diamond: Coming soon.
Fusion also involves a small fee, payable in SING. The Fusion Fee Table below outlines the cost for each upgrade.
Current Microphone Tier | Upgraded Microphone Tier | Fusion Fee |
---|---|---|
Bronze | Silver | 1500 SING |
Silver | Gold | 3000 SING |
Earning Efficiency boosted
One of the most exciting features of our Microphone Fusion process is the remarkable increase in Earning Efficiency (EE) that your new microphone will demonstrate. After the fusion process, the Earning Efficiency of your new, higher-tier microphone will be greater than the maximum Earning Efficiency of any of the three old microphones you chose for fusion.
Caveats
While the Microphone Fusion feature offers substantial benefits, it's crucial to remember that you cannot fuse microphones of different tiers. The three microphones you choose must all be from the same tier for the fusion process to work. The fusion of different tier microphones is not supported.
Mic Supply and Burning
An integral part of our Microphone Fusion feature involves the conservation and control of microphone supply in our ecosystem. During the fusion process, three older microphones are "burned" or decommissioned, and a new, higher-tier microphone is "minted" or created in their place.
How it Works
The Fusion Process is an innovative approach to managing microphone supply. Here's a simplified breakdown:
Burning Old Microphones: When you choose to fuse three microphones of the same tier, these microphones are removed from circulation - a process referred to as "burning." These microphones are no longer accessible or usable.
Minting New Microphones: After the fusion process, a new microphone of the next higher tier is created, or "minted." This new microphone is added to your inventory, ready for use.
This dynamic interaction between burning and minting microphones ensures that our total microphone supply is controlled and decreases over time, contributing to the longevity and sustainability of our platform.
The process of "burning" microphones in our Microphone Fusion feature is actualized by sending the microphones to a "dead wallet". A dead wallet, like the one seen at 0x000000000000000000000000000000000000dead on BscScan, is a public address that is inaccessible. This means that no one holds the private keys to that address, and any assets sent there cannot be retrieved. This mechanism assures that the burned microphones are permanently removed from circulation, contributing to the decrease in overall microphone supply and upholding the sustainability of our platform.
Impact on Microphone Supply
Microphone Fusion inherently curtails the overall supply of microphones in our system. By fusing three lower-tier microphones to create a single higher-tier microphone, the total quantity of microphones is gradually reduced. This decrease in supply has a few potential benefits:
Sustainability: By decreasing the overall microphone supply, we ensure the sustainability and longevity of our platform, protecting it from potential issues related to oversupply.
Value: The reduction in microphone supply can potentially increase the value of existing microphones, especially for higher-tier microphones, due to the basic economics principle of supply and demand.
Quality: The Fusion Process encourages users to upgrade their microphones, leading to a general improvement in the overall quality of microphones in circulation.
Conclusion
The Fusion Process is more than just an upgrade; it's a commitment to sustainability, quality, and value. By intelligently managing our microphone supply through burning and minting, we ensure a healthier and more valuable ecosystem for all our users.
